Director of Nottingham University Business School (China)
To manage a rapidly expanding Business School in an international setting by being a supportive and innovative leader for colleagues from a wide range of academic backgrounds
To compete with the best Western-style business schools in China and produce graduates who are obviously different from Chinese graduates from Chinese universities
To raise the quality of our Undergraduate and Postgraduate intake to the highest levels in China
To raise the number and proportion of non-Chinese students on our degree programmes
To build the MBA and PhD programmes in terms of numbers and reputation
To develop an internationally recognised research profile for the School through establishing research groups that extend across the campuses of Nottingham University and that are linked with research programmes at top Chinese universities.
